Great lake view and clean room. Wi-Fi was slow at times.

best western was a lovely place to stay. we enjoyed the spacious king room that was clean and comfortable. the hot breakfast was fantastic, and having a view of the lake made our mornings even better. the hotel also has a nice swimming pool that added to our relaxation.

I had a lovely night here. The staff were incredibly friendly, making check-in a breeze. The area for walking dogs was spacious and well-maintained. Dinner at the onsite restaurant exceeded my expectations – the grilled fish was a highlight! Would definitely recommend for pet owners.

The queen room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of hot choices that were plentiful and satisfying. The pool area kept my daughter entertained, and the friendly staff made our brief stay enjoyable. However, the lake view could have been better, and the arcade games were limited in options, which may disappoint some kids. Additionally, the location felt a bit removed from the main attractions, requiring a drive for sightseeing.

Awesome location and views!

Just stayed for 4 nights in a Queen Suite and loved the easy access to the city via the bus stop right next to the hotel. The restaurant had amazing views and the burgers were bomb! Wasn't super impressed with the carpet in our room though. it felt a bit dingy. Still, the staff was super nice!

would like to go back there again

Had the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. The indoor pool was nice, and the fitness center had locker rooms. Breakfast was awesome. I loved the variety, especially the omelets and pastries. Enjoyed relaxing on the terrace by the lake too.

A cozy stay by the lake

The spacious room offered a fantastic view, and the breakfast served until 11 AM was a delightful surprise that made our mornings brighter.

However, the parking situation was confusing, and navigating between buildings felt like a maze. It left us a bit frustrated at times.

My recent stay at Best Western was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-decorated, providing a relaxing environment after long workdays. I appreciated the available amenities such as the business center with reliable Wi-Fi and workstations that greatly facilitated my work needs.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and indoor pool. During my first stay, the staff helped me find my way around. I highly recommend trying the BBQ bacon jam burger!

I encountered significant issues with the pool area. it was messy and poorly stocked with towels, impacting our ability to enjoy it fully. The parking lot is cramped and has noticeable potholes, which could be a hassle for guests bringing their own vehicles. I also had trouble with the TV remote, which only worked intermittently, leading to some frustration during my stay.

The saltwater pool was super relaxing, and we loved grabbing breakfast with a view of the lake. We checked out sledding and snow tubing nearby, which was awesome! Future guests should know the coffee in the lobby outside breakfast hours is a nice perk. I'd definitely recommend this spot for a group getaway!

I had a tough time sleeping due to a noisy air conditioner that kept blowing cold air right on me. I barely got any rest that night, which was disappointing.
